I am receiving this message, my Fitbit Versa 2 is completely unresponsive. HELP!

What did you do for this message to appear? 

Have you tried a restart ? Then do an Add device. 

 

If this doesn't work, try a factory reset

nothing....it was showing this message when i woke up this morning. I can't even get it to turn off.
