I am trying to update my Fitbit Versa lite ,but it failed so many times and it's not connecting some times to my phone . please help me.

Hello @Sairajarapu I assume to mean firmware. Mentioning a phone without the type of phone is not really helpful.
Does the tracker sync fine?
After starting the update, was the Fitbit app moved to the background?
?mDo you get any errors?
Does the update even start?
At what point does the update fail?
Have you tried with the phone connected to WiFi and again to cell service?

In addition to the information that @Rich_Laue requested, please let us know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see if the issues get fixed.
