My husband and I bought Fitbit versa 2 months ago and we have yet to figure out how to set them up. We have been reading lots online and trying to find a manual. Today all of a sudden there’s an ‘x’ on mine and it says “Data not cleared sync and try again”. We have not set either of ours up, we don’t have the app set up with it yet cause we can’t get the message to go away. We’ve moved the other Fitbit so it is out of range, we’ve turned the Fitbit off and on, we’ve turned Bluetooth off and on. We’ve tried reading forums and the error message is still there. When we try to set it up on the app we installed on my iPhone it couldn’t find it but it did show up in the Bluetooth. We are extremely frustrated.
