I purchased a used fitbit. I tried connecting to my phone and didn't work. So I tried to factory reset fitbit. Now all I get is the data not cleared. Tried the 3 button reset cant ever feel the vibrate. Then I stupidly 7npaired it from my phone now I cant even get it to pair. Please help!
