I have a mesaage on my screen
Red cross saying data not cleared sync and try again
I have followed all instructions from uninstalling apl to re installing , unpairing from bluetooth and switching off phone nothimg is working.
Being tried to update for 3 hour
Help!!!

I've been dealing with this for days too...so frustrating. I've done the updates, uninstall, reinstall, bluetooth on/off, etc. I did online chat today with Fitbit and they told me to do all of the above again, but to have it on charger and plugged into computer vs wall. I JUST tried this at home and it finally WORKED!!!!!!!
