Versa black screen again

Seems Fitbit is having some issues.

On May 11th my Versa just went blank, emailed and corresponded with a rep on May 19th, explained I don't shower or swim in it and since I got it in Sept 2018 this is the 3rd time it did that, the 1st 2 were replaced, mind you the first one did this same black screen only one month after I received it, now 2 additional occurrences and I've been told my warranty is up. I asked if they have an issue with the product since I'm seeing so much similar reviews, now to come on this community after seeing more complaints on other forums now to see more.

This is not good enough!!

It was still synching before I spoke to the reps was told sorry but your piece is damaged and on the same day it stopped synching!!!
