I purchased my Versa in June 2018. Today, the battery died. I just finished a chat with customer support. The end result was that I am out of luck. I live in Ecuador but could ship the watch to the U.S.. I can't believe that this the end of my product. Anybody have a similar problem. Thank in advance.

I purchased Versa the same time you did. It has broken down three times today. I think it’s a battery issue too. But we are out of luck. The warranty only good for a year. They won’t do anything for it...:(
