Always-on mode does not working after update Versa 2

My Versa 2 got an update today. After the update, I cannot see the digital or analog watch on always-on mode. I see the screen that shows time, step, heart rate..and after 10 sec. all the stats disappear except the time. It is so annoying. Any help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the always-on display setting on your Versa 2 stopped working after the update. I understand how you are feeling and would like to confirm that the always-on display setting is used to keep the clock visible at all times on Versa 2. Many clock faces have their own always-on display mode. If a clock face doesn’t have this feature, you see the default always-on display clock face.
