So everything worked fine until earlier today. I've searched all the help topics, got customer support on chat, (however, they decide to spend well over an hour before they bother replying in the chat window in the middle of a dialog), Reinstalled the app, restarted both the versa and the phone multiple times, switched the bluetooth on and off, reset all the network connections on my phone, and tried pretty much everything besides throwing it out the window. Every other bluetooth device I have, is paired back onto my phone without any issues. I find the Versa classic thing, but not the actual device for the app. ( I have the Huawei pro 20 )
When I connected the Versa 2 to my laptop and went through the app there, it found the device straight away, and I was able to sync through there. However, I dont want a tracker I have to sync via my computer just to get it updated every single time. That kinda defeats the purpose for me.

Sorry, but I find your post somewhat confusing.
You say it was working before. By that, do you mean the Versa 2 was connected to your phone and syncing okay?
One problem right there is that you say you also have the original Versa connected via bluetooth, but it is not possible add the Versa 2 if you already have the Versa connected to the account. Do, or did, you really have both Versa and Versa connected, in same account?
You say why are looking at "bluetooth list". By this, do you mean you are looking at phone bluetooth settings for connected devices? If so, why? Did you have problems syncing that caused you to go look at these?
And you talk of doing reinstall, restart, etc multiple times, but didn't actually say what was the original problem that started this.

Let me try this again. I got the Versa 2 connected to the app on my phone when I got it last week. It's been working ok if you dont take into account the lack of notifications from messages etc.
So.. today, it stopped syncing all together. I decided to remove it from the app, and then re-add it to see if that would help.
The issues is: The Fitbit app is now unable to find the device at all. The device wont show up on the bluetooth list either.
I decided to try it via my laptop and the app there via the charger connected by usb. This worked just fine and I was able to re-add the device. So I can connect the Versa 2 to my laptop, and sync it. Which is fine, but kinda defeats part of the purpose for me.
So, Now I have the tracker added on my fitbit app on the pc, but the phone still wont find it.
I only have one tracker.
First I thought it was an issue with my bluetooth, so this is when I decided to reset my network stuff. By doing that, all my other bluetooth devices got deleted, and I had to re pair them. This was not an issue at all, my phone picked up all the other devices, like my headset and handsfree, so they are back for when I need them.
What I've been trying to do is add the Versa 2 back onto the app on my phone. I've attempted this multiple times without adding it to the app via my laptop, and also attempted to get it to work while my laptop is shut off, after I've added it via there.
I've turned things off, I've turned things on, I've reset, and followed all the instructions I've found. Most of them tell you what to do when you have syncing issues. I havent found any that tell you what to do if your app/phone cant actually find the tracker. My phone is also on the list over compatible platforms.
I'm sorry my main post is confusing, but english is not my main language, so it's hard to explain sometimes. 🙂

Your English is fine.
First, as an aside which doesn't address your situation now, I think people are often too quick to start messing with things when it won't sync. If it synced yesterday, you know the setting are okay. If it won't sync this morning, take a chill pill, and try to sync again this afternoon or evening. Sometimes things just don't work, but then they do start working again. If I feel like I must do something, I will (1) restart (not factory reset) the Versa 2 by holding in side button until get Fitbit logo, (2) turn phone's bluetooth off, then back on, (3) maybe reboot phone. I've never found anything more than those to help any more than some patience.
But for where you are now:
When you decided to remove it from the app, how did you do that? Did you just unpair the bluetooth, or did you go through the app to the Versa 2 and click on the trashcan icon?
And then to re-add it, did you go through 'Set up a Device" in the app? If so, is this where don't see the Versa 2 as a device choice to set up, or is it later on in the process on when you are setting it up?
