My Versa started buzzing every minute or so. Tried re starting it. Didn’t work, it kept buzzing and the home screen would come up. Then I updated the app and restarted. It came on buzzed and now it won’t turn on at all. Tried putting it on charger and nothing. It’s just dead. Ideas?!

I figured out what is causing the issue- somehow there is condensation under the sensor. As this is supposed to be a water proof device I am super disappointed. I contacted customer support and the only solution I was given was purchasing a new one. At 1 year and 2 months after purchase I’m not stoked about that. Bummer .
