My watch didn’t show the screen when I took it off the charging cord. Tech said the update new system and it should work …. I did and it didn’t and then the other tech said to reset it and I did and it completely died . Useless now .

@Jenn31N-  thanks, it could be that the factory reset kills the watch which is a known bug. Unfortunately it doesn't help.

 

You probably can verify that is the case just to be sure it's dead.

 

Wait till the battery is flat, press the button, it should show 0%, charge a few minutes, then press the button again and it will show nothing.

 

Placing the USB plug in a PC it should show present then not present repetitively.
