Replacement Versa 3

Hi . I have just received my second replacement Versa 3. I have managed to get it set up and have had it on charge for 3 hours now but it is not charging. The battery level is 60% and has not moved. Just wondered if the battery was not discharged enough for the charger to kick in. I am using a brand new genuine Fitbit charging cable. getting a bit fed up with Fitbit. Final note. Both replacements they have sent me have been refurbished so i presume they were sent back as faulty.

It all comes down to the consumer laws of your country or state.  That is what companies operate under.  It’s not just Fitbit that replace with refurbished, they all do.  Consumer laws in New Zealand stipulate that a company must replace with like, so if you buy something new, and it needs to be replaced in its life it has to replaced with new not refurbished.  Write your politicians and demand better consumer laws
