Deezer app on fitbit versa

Hi all

Prob just me being stupid but I have just bought a fitbit versa and want set up deezer on it. On my app it says its downloaded but I can't find it anywhere on my watch to activate/link it etc please can doneobe point me in the right direction

Hi @Theshadowknows, a warm welcome to the community. 

As I understand it you are unable to locate the Deezer app on your Versa, even though the Fitbit app says its installed? 

The first thing I would recommend doing would be giving your Versa a restart, you can find instructions on how to do that here.

I've restarted it. So where do I find the app on my versa watch as I can't find it anywhere, what buttons etc do I need to press to access it

When you wake the screen on the Versa you should be able to swipe from the right hand side of the screen to the left to show the available apps on your device. Continue swiping until you locate the Deezer app. If for whatever reason you still can't see it, I would then recommend going onto the fitbit app on your phone and uninstalling the Deezer app and then reinstalling it again.

Just incase you did not get a reply, there is an app on my versa, it is on the last page as you scroll to the left thru all apps

Maybe it isn't on the Versa lite? I can't find it in the app store (tried using search). It isn't on the watch app list, reboot didn't work. Apparently Deezer and Pandora are only with the regular Versa - it wasn't clear when I purchased it.

The Versa Lite doesn't support music services or storage of personal music files.
