My Versa today has not synced everything

Today my Versa hasnt registered my sleep, mins exercised and showinh low cals for a 4 hour gym session...Anyone else having problems? 

Ive logged out, turned bluetooth of and on and still nothing.

This is my 2nd versa and im beginning to lose faith in them.

Hello @Magic28 could you open the app or go to your device manager and check when your Versa last synced?

Hi ive been informed my heart rate wasnt picking anything up yesterday while i was training so going to try it again before i contact fitbit again. Not sure why its done this as its always on same wrist,same hole etc...Thanks for replySent from my Samsung Galaxy S9 - Powered by Three
