Really annoyed. I have bought three Versa watches and just crossed over the 1 year mark with two of them.
I have replaced one purchase 5 times due to going dead. This other purchase is only a few days over the mark and just died. The best Fitbit offers is a coupon. There is no damage, the devices just die.
I started a reddit thread and apparently this is crazy common and not repairable except to buy a BRAND NEW one (and it's not solvable by giving us a 25% coupon!). Is there a bad batch? What is going on?
It'd be nice to have a device for more than a year before it stops working with no repair options.

Hi @kramerjn, I just have a question for you: where did you buy the Fitbit(s)? If they are still under warranty and you bought them directly through Fitbit, they may be able to give you a replacement. If you bought them through a third-party retailer, I would suggest checking with them to see what your options are.
