Hi,
When I got my Versa it had Deezer pre installed and I set it all up fine but after I had to do a factory reset on my Versa Deezer was gone and now it will not install again through Fitbit on my phone. Doesn't give a reason, just says failed to install.
Can anyone help, please? Thanks.

Hey @Brasspan, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If you already follow the instructions in this help article: How do I listen to Deezer playlists on my Fitbit watch? But you still getting the same issue, could you please post a screenshot of the error message that you a re getting so I can take a look? With that, I can further investigate it.
