My versa 2 Will receive notifications but only after two hours or so. This is very annoying.

Last November I had to reinstall evertthing because i didn't receive any notifications. After 5! Hours the installation was completed. I don't want toen do it again.

Please help me with other options

As a first step, without installing anything its probably a good idea to do a restart if you haven't already.

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

Restart phone

Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates

and wait for Logo and clock to appear]

Secondly, if that procedure does not help and you are not using a standard Fitbit watch face currently then switch to one and see if it resolves the delay.

Hope this helps.

Well done! Are you sure your watch is in sync?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

For calls you are correctly setup for incoming calls

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.
