I put numbers hopefully to clarify.
I don't mean zones cause I am already aware of that option.
Short story is my watch for whatever reason was misreading my heartbeat which I only knew cause it started to vibrate and said I had complete twenty or so minutes of exercise and I looked at my heartbeat which said 162ish for a bit and apparently told me I was in that range for the twenty minutes.
Besides the fact I was on the computer doing absolutely nothing of the sort I felt far from being in the middle of pushing myself.
Anyway I took the watch off and popped it back on I started getting a heart rate that was much more in line with what I was doing.
So that exercise session got put on my Fitbit app towards the day and I would like to remove it.
Is there an option I can get into that timeframe and remove the faulty info??
Also, can anyone tell me if there is also an option to get to these forums from my fitbit app??
I have been getting here through the search bar and I looked for a heading that would take me directly here from inside the app but haven't seen that option either if there is one.
Thanks for any advice/info 😄
