Bought my Versa Oct 2018. Within the last month it has stopped tracking sleep and BPM. Following previously logged solution, I have done the following.

Turned device off and on 6 times.. no fix.

Performed factory reset.. no fix

For the money, I am not happy at all. What other options do I have

Within the last month my sleep and BPM stopped working, along with the hourly activity not syncing correctly. I also have followed the steps to resolve this to no prevail. So frustrated with it. What is the fix to these issues Fitbit?

Mine was doing the same thing. I changed my clock face and it started working again my previous clock face is no longer there.  Maybe this will help.

@ShayB01 @Versawhat @SunsetRunner, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

@ShayB01 @Versawhat let me help you with your missing data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. For heart rate I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

For sleep I would like to explain that your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Finally for the reminders to move, remove this setting, save and sync then add it back to your device.

@Versawhat @NellyG thank you both for your help in this thread.

Let me know how it goes.

That seems to have fixed the BPM issue, I will see tonight if it tracks sleep.

I already wear my Versa on my non-dominate hand and have had no issues prior to the last 4 -6 weeks.. One of the reasons I bought the Versa was so I did not have to track sleep manually.

I will post tomorrow if sleep is tracking properly

Thank you

I did the factory reset again and cleaned the back. After that the BPM and reminder to move started working again. I hope the sleep will also start working again.

Thank you for your help.
