I purchased a Versa 2 as a Christmas gift in 2021. Less than 6 months later and the button is not working. When pressed, it does nothing. I purchased a protection plan with it directly from the online Fitbit store but I accidentally deleted the email. I have the date of purchase, activation date of the device, the MAC address, and the credit card statement that shows when it was purchased and for how much (proof that the protection plan was included in the purchase). Is there any way for me to recover the warranty?
