I can't add apps. When I search for an app and try to download it I get a screen that says "Oops. It appears there is no internet connection". I AM connected to wifi and I AM paired with Bluetooth. Any suggestions??

I wouldn't change anything. Fitbit apparently acknowledges that clock faces kill the battery.

I can't download the apps or clock faces. That's the issue. Won't let me.

Hello @SunsetRunner
I just tried downloading an app with no issues and I have the same Fitbit tracker as yourself. If your Fitbit tracker is syncing properly then I’d try logging out of the Fitbit App, force shut the app by swiping it upwards. Restart your phone, log back into your Fitbit App and try downloading the app you desire and see if that fixed the issue. Sometimes I find that a clean restart to refresh everything up helps sometimes. On another note, if your using a private DNS on your phone it might block it thinking it’s adware. If so you can temporarily disable the private DNS, download your clock face you want then turn the DNS back on. You can read about it in this post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Unable-to-change-clock-face-No-internet-connection-error/td-p/4399977
Let me know if this works for you and provides you with the best answer. 😃 Happy Stepping!
