I was looking on the app and I pressed edit. Then little x’s appeared on each programme on the dashboard, I just pressed the small x, not meaning to on the exercise’s ,the one where it tracks how many exercises you do in a week, I now cannot not see what work outs I have done like running on the treadmill. I logged into my account on desktop, I went swimming yesterday and that has gone from my exercise too plus calories burned, can anyone tell me how I get things back on the app, surprised how easy it was to delete things. Really liked the way on the app where I could see what exercise I done and how long I was in the peak Zone and fat burning zone.

Tap that same Edit button again; then scroll down to 'Removed Stats' and I think it will be there to add back.
If not, try 'Discover' tab at bottom > Health & Fitness Stats > Exercise.
