Why is my Versa 2 only displaying stats hours after I wake up or not at all?

Good morning. I will explain the issue I'm having with the Versa 2. First
let me say my husband has a versa as well so I am comparing functionality
of my vrrsa 2 to his older version.
Firstly sleep scores, these are not readily available on my Fitbit in the
morning, they only show up hours after I am up and only after I open up the
app on my phone which makes me question are the stats coming from my app on
my phone or they coming from my Fitbit?

The Alexa function has never responded or understood any request even the
simplest, what is the weather?

I attempted to download and purchase 2 clock faces from fitface but the
Versa app will not allow them both to sit on my allowable 5 clock faces I
have to go back in remove one before the other will appear.

I am generally disappointed with the functionality of this piece of
equipment. Versa 2 is not cheap, I expected it to be more responsive. If
this is the normal functionality I would appreciate you saying so. It is
definitely not worth over $200 if this is the case.
