Do I need to return if I just pulled the Versa 2 out the box to charge and it won’t charge past 3/4 of a way?

Have you removed it from its charger and placed it back on? Several of us had the same experiance. 

However a lithium battery, for its life, should not be allowed to charge much over 80%
