Hi All,

I have samsung J6 phone and when pairing it with Bluetooth, it disconnects when the fitbit's screen is switched off!

Moreover, when the fitbit's Bluetooth is on; it doesn't connects!

Experts kindly advice.

Hi @Hassan110 , according to this list your Samsung J6 is not supported by Fitbit, so that might explain your problem. Regards kuzibri

It is connected, however just does not shows on my Bluetooth connectivity that a device is connected.

Kinda weird.
