Device is brick post recent update

My Versa screen's blank, buttons are responding, it's not even syncing and no green flickering light at the back. I've put it up for charge but nothing happens but the tracker gets extremely Hot.

It was all fine with no other change in the usage or any damage of any sort, apart from the recent software update that got installed. Please suggest if you or any other user has been able to rectify or get it fixed.

Hi, check for condensation in the little windows on the back and don't charge it if it gets hot.

Dry it out for a week, it may come back but if it got hot then it will be damaged.
