Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jenniferkc ! It's great to have you here.

 

You must allow the Fitbit app to have access to your location all the time so your Versa 2 can display the weather. To do so, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions if you have an Android phone. For iPhone go to Settings > Fitbit > Location.
