Device locked and notification doesn't work

I need help, please! My Fitbit is locked, I have tried everything to unlock it and notification has never worked, can someone help me?

you just registered today which means you only set up your versa today. if you followed the instructions for setup which are pretty intuitive and did not activate a PIN on your versa, it shouldn't be locked. Unless you are saying "locked" but mean something else. If you give more details, we may be able to help you.
