Weather Info is not coming up

I have the Versa. Yesterday my watch started having flickering lines going through it so I did the reset with back and bottom buttons several times in order to get it stop. It stopped and this morning I went to change the clock face and now the weather info will not show on any clockface that offers that feature. I’ve tried several diff clockfaces. The weather app itself on the Versa is fine. I’ve tried shutting the Versa down as well and nope. I even disconnect it from Bluetooth and reconnected it to my Bluetooth. Not sure what else to try. Help! It’s not even a year old.

Hi, Which Third Party Clock Face(s) are you using? Fitbit uses Accuweather as an API, but when the other CF's use another API, the weather will indeed not show up. Regards kuzibri

I’ve used Simple Stats previously and weather showed up on it just fine yesterday. The other one I just bought today is ntprEgh. I’ve tried a few others too but those are 2 I can rem off the top of my head. I’ve never had this issue before. Seems to have started after the stuff I had to do yesterday to get it to stop flickering maybe 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Hi, hi I found the ntprEgh CF, but it does not mention the API it's using for the weather. Read you payed for this CF, therefore I would like to suggest to you the following CF: The One by Olbia Coding. Highly customizable, beautiful (main display an analog clock and pressing on it, brings you to another screen with all the necessary stats - also highly custimizable) and very, very battery friendly with a size of only 16 kB. Use that already for a very long time. Costs, after a trial period of 30 hours 1,1 dollar and it's worth every cent of it. Regarding the weather with this CF, you can just use the weather app that is provided/installed in the Fitbit app and your Versa without any problems. Regards kuzibri
