Device not charging

I have had my Versa Lite for less than a month and I cannot get it to charge.  When I put it on the charger the screen would light up letting me know it's charging.  Now I put it on the charger and nothing happens and I can't get my fitbit to turn on.  I'm very frustrated that I've had it for barely a month and can't even use it now because it won't turn on.  Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

It is totally unresponsive. It won’t even turn on and the app says the battery is full.
