Device not starting

Due to the lockdown i wasnt using my versa since 3 months. Today i charged it and tried to start it but it won't start, it just keeps showing the logo and it isn't even syncing with my phone. Please help

Have you been keeping the Versa charged, or turned it off, during its period of inactivity?

Have you tried holding in both the left and lower right buttons? This is not only a restart procedure, but the instructions to turn on the Versa.

Yes i tried doing that but it didn't help. I contacted the fitbit support and the guy sent me a mail asking me to clean the back of the watch and the charging device with a alcohol swab but even that didn't help. I mailed them about the situation but haven't got a response from their side.
