Since updating the software on my Versa on 16.12.19 I've had problems with the sleep tracking.
It wouldn't track at all (for days). To fix this, I turned off bluetooth on phone turned phone off, reset versa, turned on phone, turned on bluetooth.
This fixed for 2 days. Now it's not tracking again.
Please advise on a resolution.

Hi @Sarah_A_, It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting are appreciated as well. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and check the information that's specified on: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Looking forward to your reply.

I’m having the same thing happen. It first was not recording my sleep now it’s not even connecting to the dashboard since Thursday. It’s super annoying

Hi, so a reset didn't work. I actually noticed that my versa actually had stopped tracking my HR at anytime- inc sleep. I have done a further reset and my HR is tracked (for now), but sleep not tracked.
Any advice!?
Thanks
