Device not tracking sleep

Hi and Happy New Year everyone

My versa syncs and I get all the rest, but I have no sleep data from the last 3 days, and not for the lack of sleep. I wear my watch to bed exactly like during the day. How do I solve this one?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and then restart your Versa.

Hi Ricardo
The problem lasted 2 days. I have no idea why. In the meantime everything
is back to normal.
During those 2 days, the device did not record anything related to sleep.

I too have this issue

 

I allowed Apple To install an update to my iPhone on 6/13/2020 and the sleep monitor stopped working ever since.  I have use this function for the past 4-5 years on my blaze without issue.   Please help!

 

1. Have restarted blaze

2. have reset blaze

3. have reinstalled fitbit app 

 

nothing has worked
