Device not turning on

My Fitbit is fully charged, but won’t turn on. I can see this in the app on my phone, however, the screen remains black. I’ve tried resetting it with the back and bottom right button without success. Anyone else have any issues? It’s just a little over a year old which is frustrating...

This has happened to my Versa too. It went a bit haywire on Sunday, was showing some crazy HR readings, then the screen froze on Monday night, then its been black since Tuesday morning. The green lights are still flashing, but it doesn't respond to anything (touching screen, buttons, factory reset). Nothing happens when I charge it either.

Taking it back and not getting another Fitbit, unfortunately this is my second Versa and this one only lasted 5 months! 😞

It actually wasn’t resolved. I still have a Fitbit that is not working and is 2 months outside of warranty and ”nothing” can be done to help me outside of offering me a coupon to purchase yet another one that will likely only last me a year. No thanks. Planning on going w a Garmin. I also will not be recommending a Fitbit to anyone in the future.
