Does the message really say the device was stolen. Or does it say the device is locked and causes could be that it might have been reported stolen. Did you report the tracker as being stolen?
Why are you not able to setup the tracker. Is there a message on the tracker that says unlock with phone?
@Shaliniforever I'm simply trying to ascertain why you need to setup the tracker again? Did you have a pin lock set for your tracker? Did you buy it new?

Best AnswerOK this is a different story.
Your Fitbit account has been hacked.
Are you still logged into this account? If so we need to go to your settings and see if we can change the email back. This should be possible if they have not changed your password.
You probably will need to contact Fitbit and have their security department restore your account.
Then I suggest making sure that you learn better password management.
