I had to do a factory reset as my Fitbit was showing the time incorrectly. Now all that shows on the screen is the Fitbit logo and the device is not picked up by my phone's bluetooth. I tried resetting my phone and Fitbit and neither have worked.

Hi, after doing a factory reset, you will need to setup your Versa with your phone all over again, cause a FR reset does what it says: bring your Versa back to the settings that were installed on the factory and therefore your Versa acts like it's brand new. On your phone quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone and start the Fitbit app again. If the Versa is still in your Fitbit app leave it there. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to PC, go back to the Fitbit app and press "Add a new device" and setup will start over again and asking you to replace the old one and press "yes".
