Am I doing something wrong with my Versa ? The battery which is advertised as lasting 4 days only lasts 1 day and I have to charge it every day. Im not using GPS link or Blutooth music.

Are you using lots of apps or a 3rd party watch face? If so try changing to a standard fitbit one and see if that makes a difference. I've found some of the 3rd party clocks to be quite resource hungry and battery consuming.

Same for me, I realised that mu fitbit is draining itself very quickly.
I was at 100% this morning and now at noon I already have lost 20%.
I've charged it yesterday to 95% and during the night it was empty.
Quick recall, mine has been changed during the summer or a non working display.

The same was happening on my new versa. Evidently a lot of people are having the same problem. It seems to me that it has more to do with the most recent firmware update but I have not seen any mention of them working on a fix. You have to contact support. They are offering to send me a new one. But after reading all the discussion, I am not sure if I should accept a new one or return it to the retailer for a refund. Good luck.

I've called the customer service yesterday and they told me that my Fitbit was sending a message stating that it wasn't getting enough power for the charging source, so they told me they were going to send me a new cable.
But today, my Fitbit is not working anymore. It's blinking on the logo screen.
I think I'm good to ask for a new one again 😮
