Device won't setup to App

I am trying to setup my device to my fitbit app and it will not find the device to setup. My phones bluetooth is detecting it. I have done a factory reset, uninstalled app and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and nothing is working.

Hi @strde - after restarting both devices and without any other Bluetooth devices on, did you go into the Fitbit App, click profile photo [top left] and click on " +Set up a device"?

Your watch will need to be on charge and near the same 2.4 gHz wifi signal, that your phone is also using

I have done all of that and still not able to connect device. I have also tried connecting from another location and still will not connect. I have tried on my husband's phone and still nothing.
