  • After doing an update my fit bit stopped working 😭. The screen is bluish black with a line in the middle. HELP

I am having the same exact issue and I noticed it was shortly after updating it. But I haven't even gotten the screen to turn on at all 😭

Me also.  Totally black screen.  when I do a reboot like they have asked a million times the logo will come up then go off and it vibrates but the screen is still black.  And its full charged.  this happened after I took it off the charger.
