Notifications not syncing

My Versa doesn't show notification for any of the messages or call I receive on my mobile. When I do a test call in Fitbit app it works but I don't receive notification when I receive a normal call.

I have changed the apps from which I wish to receive notifications, even tried to go back to default options and restarted my phone multiple times but still the app says "restart your phone " to sync  notifications.

OnePlus 6. Android 10 version.

That phone is a Supported Device, so should work. Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on notification issues. If nothing there helps, then contact Customer Support
