Hi. Thanks for any help. I just got a Versa 2. I can set it completely up. It says it is paired to my android. However, my android Bluetooth doesn't recognize it. It shows it in the list of things it could connect to - my car, my downstairs speaker etc, but when I hit Versa 2 it says - an app is required to use this.
I don't understand. I have the Fitbit app on my phone. Does anyone have any idea?

Hi
Followed all of those steps. I have screenshots here but I can't see where to upload them.
In Bluetooth settings it says my Versa 2 is paired. But the versa gets a message that says to turn Bluetooth on and my phone says - this connection needs an app. That makes no sense.
