Difficulties logging water on Fitbit

Got a new update a few days ago. It fixed the problem with logging water on my Fitbit. It now will show the proper amount. However, now it won't let me log more. The watch page stays the same amount all day. Even if I log it in my phone. I've synced, I've restarted not sure what else to do.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your water logged. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done it already, please try the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and back on

- Log in to the Fitbit app

- Set up your Versa 2 as a replacement watch

- Uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app
