I just received a new Fitbit 2 versa watch for a Christmas present and to find it’s not comparable with Nat west to pay,
it doesn’t sync ver well with my Samsung phone it’s better on my I pad.
cant receive or answer calls either
the whole reason I wanted to change to newer fit bit watch was for these reasons above as I thought I was going to do more than my old fit bit watch I have which works perfectly well, so no point in upgrading as it doesn’t do anything different
anyone else experiencing these problems and disappointment

Just as you stated in your post, Fitbit Pay does not support transactions with Nat West bank, you can check our list of Supported Banks and Transit for more information and details. In regards the syncing difficulties, can you please let me know which Samsung mobile device are you using? I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
About notifications, please make sure that your Samsung mobile device is compatible with our products and services fist. Then, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?.After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
