Unlock with Your Phone error message

Omfg! So my Fitbit Versa With FitBit pay keep show this message. It doesn’t let me go to anywhere else on the watch expect when I press and hold the left single button on the watch it will bring up Screen Wake & Notifications options. Then when you swipe it will show Connect Phone with the three dots. When you touch the dots it will bring up Source with a clock and phone icon... Basically when I log into the app it will not show that a device is paired and when I try to connect it the Unlock with Your Phone comes up and it asks me to enter a pin that displays on the screen and there is nothing displayed on the screen except Unlock withYour Phone. I have called the costumers service, I have factory reset set it, I have watched every youtube video, I have googled night and day everything... please help.
