It would be great if the Fitbit techs please provide a fix for controlling volume on the versa when paired with the skullcandy Indy ear buds.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties controlling volume on the Fitbit Versa. 

 

Please confirm that you've followed the next instructions:

 

Go to the music icon on your watch and after pairing your Skullcandy Indy ear buds, choose a track to play. Above the actually track there should be a small + and at the bottom of the screen a - symbol.

 

If you are still experiencing difficulties, you can restart your Versa by following these steps.
