Boyfriend bought versa 2 for me for Christmas work week hustle done not accurately sync
I'm embarrassed that I'd ever want to return a gift from a loved one. I've contacted fitbit they said it's a on going issue and to look out for updates... at Christmas.. it's now almost February. Thanks for the dissapointment in my most looked forward to gift.. now I have a 250$ heart rate monitor. Never ever buying anything from fitbit again and will return with out taking it out of box if I receive anything as a gift. I'll be putting this versa back in the box. I'm done with this company.
