My Fitbit Versa 2 does not count my steps accurately. It is under by at least 1,000 steps. I have noticed this for the past few days when I walk and carry my iPhone with me. I also know how many steps it takes me to reach a mile and my Versa 2 does not even come close. I have made sure that my stride is correct but it is frustrating to not have my device count my steps accurately. I apologize if this question has been asked before but I find it cumbersome to scroll through all of the responses on how to fix it because the same issue has occurred on other Fitbit devices. I have had a Fitbit device for more years than I can remember and have been a fan up until this point. This is my first Versa and I have had another issue with my Versa that I tried dealing with Fitbit directly. Their customer service is awful and actually told me to come to the community to find a solution for my problem which is what I am doing her for the inaccurate step counting. So, if anyone could help it would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
