I bought on 27/08/2019 2 Fitbits Versa , 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. The one of my wife has some issues with the buttons. They do not behave like they should. Now and then nothing works and the versa is getting warm, after cooling down the buttons work again. It happens more frequent during the day till nothing works anymore. A hard reset did not help either. So we are desparate. Has anybody else this problem? and what did you do to let it work again
