Versa Lite Not responding to touch

Hello,

I have tried to restart my Versa lite several times, did the firmware updates, changed clock face to a Fit bit one, and attempted the factory reset and my watch is still not responding to touch. Anything else to try?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
