Difficulties with my order-Versa

I am having a really infuriating experience ordering the Versa. I placed the order, the pre-order in March 19th in a hope of receiving it early. So far I can't see that it is even shipped yet. I have for a couple of days communicate with the Fitbit support. But that isn't the most crazy thing. I can see that I could actually for last few days have just stepped into stores here in town and buy one directly. Even cheaper. So first I thought I could cancel the order before it was shipped, but no. As they had already drawn the money from my Visa card it will be shipped, some day. One support person even wanted to argue that it was within the promised "ship in 3-4 weeks". But it is actually 31 days now since I placed the order. So I wouldn't say that is "in 4 weeks". At the moment I think I will just hate all about it when it arrives, earliest sometime next week. From here it can only get better, I hope.

I did receive a confirmation email earlier today. And still after 11 hours the DHL link returns no result.

Carefull what you wish for. But there are many reports of people receiving functional Versa's. That hasnt been my experience. I hope you get a good one.

I hope I do too. But, I wish everyone was having a good experience. I understand things take time but, I wish I didn't look at this forum!

Get a grip on reality! Instead of blowing a gasket worrying get out there and pound the pavement getting some miles under your belt. You will feel a lot better.

Yes I am an Apple Developer. But I don't wear an Apple Watch. Have been using Pebble ever since the first Kickstarter campaign. Even though my friends make fun of me.

Thanks, it just feels so **ahem** insane. I think I pass at least 3 stores on the way to work that have the Versa in stock (https://www.elgiganten.se/product/wearables-och-traning/smartwatch/FB505GMBKEU/fitbit-versa-smartwat...) and it is even 9SEK cheaper than what the pre-order was. I have been waiting for it. I placed the pre-order on the 19th of March. What does pre-order even mean for Fitbit?!? Like I wrote, I am an Apple Developer but I have been looking forward to program the Versa. Like I did with the Pebble.
